Garland Chamber of Commerce in Texas has completed its Relocation Guide and Membership Directory as an in-house project. The directory was delivered the week of March 7, 2011. This was Garland's first attempt at in-house publishing and they hired CMP to manage the project. Sales exceeded goals and the profit was significantly higher than with an outside publisher.
