How is in-house publishing different?

In-house publishing differs from using an outside publisher in several very important ways:

  1. All ad sales revenue are added to the chamber's budget.
  2. All the money flows through the chamber and the chamber controls how much profit it makes.
  3. The chamber receives the best possible benefit from revenue streams it controls.
